We aim to follow widely used web accessibility guidelines. Pages use clear headings in order, text descriptions for images, readable color contrast, form fields with visible labels, and layouts that work on phones, tablets and desktop screens. The request form, quiz and cost calculator are meant to work with a keyboard alone.

Some parts may still fall short, especially links to outside websites we do not control, such as official city or state pages.

If something on this site is hard to use, tell us through the contact page. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and the device or tool you were using. We will use your note to improve the site and, where we can, give you the information you need another way.
